- The Pioneer Art League of Dickenson County, Virginia is an art gallery
and
membership-based arts organization that promotes the arts in all forms
and
encourages artists, art education and collaboration among arts organizations.

P.A.L. was organized in 1996, and is a non-profit, volunteer, tax exempt
corporation which is operated by a Board of Directors, and supported by
grants,
donations, memberships, rent from studios in the gallery, and commissions
from the sale of paintings in the consignment shop.
